Best meal in Portugal. One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. All you can eat steak, sides and starters for only €20. It really is too cheap!!!! Cook your steak yourself at the table and it's delicious. Fried beans are lovely and all round a pleasurable and memorable experience. Drinks and dessert are very reasonable prices too.

What a heart (and stomach) warming experience here, a must when visiting the area. This is the best restaurant you will find in Praia das Maças. The owner (Raphaël) and his wife have been the most hospitable owners we have seen in a very long time. I went there for dinner with my father and was sitted immediately. Their all-you-can-eat dinner menu with great starters (that alone can be a main dish) and steak to be grilled table-side is the best value you can find in Colares. The ambiance is great, it is a great place to make friends (spoke to the neighbouring tables very quickly) and the food is just sublime boasting the great local varieties (Pimientos de Padron, Fejoa and Rice, Sausages and more). I would definitely recommend this restaurant when dropping by Praia das Maças for a dinner with friends or family. A place to have a great time with Crazy Raphaël. PS. The wine is also excellent.

Always Delicious. A Must-Visit in Colares/Sintra! Have been many times as we go with friends that live in the area and recommended this place a few years ago. Went again last night and both service and food were fabulous as always. Great wine as well. I wish the owner would open a location in Cascais!
